About AASCA
Our Story
Established in 1988, the Alberta Association for Student Council and Advisors (AASCA) is a federally registered charity in Canada. Initially created to sustain the Alberta Student Leadership Conference (ASLC), AASCA has evolved over the years. Today, it not only supports ASLC but also disseminates leadership resources, materials, and coordinates events for member schools throughout the province.
Our Vision
We aspire to foster a robust community among secondary school students statewide. Drawing inspiration from their leadership experiences, our vision is to have these students actively involved in their schools and communities, contributing to the overall improvement of society.
